Entertainment comes part of the holiday here at Golden Sands, we love to see happy faces whatever the age.

Our wonderful Goldstars manage all our entertainment from daytime fun days, to bingo and our very own Goldstars productions. You’re sure to see this happy, smiley (a bit bonkers) bunch around the park a lot whilst you stay with us.

We’re not sure where they get all their energy from but whatever you choose to pencil in to watch whilst here, you’re sure to be entertained.

So much to do on (& off) park.

We certainly have a great location. Being right on the coast of North Wales you have the beach on your doorstep (along with all that fresh sea air!), and we’re also super-close to many attractions. However, if you’ve had enough of travelling around, we on park will keep you thoroughly entertained as there really is so much to do!

Whatever the age there is something for all such as: Aquafit & Zumba for the fitness‑fanatics; arts, crafts and play areas for the little ones; arcade games and slot machines for the competitive; bingo and disco‑bingo for the more traditional, cabarets and Goldstars shows for the party‑people; football & other ‘big games’ on the TV for the sports‑nuts; and coffee and cake for the chilled.

From karaoke to coffee, mountain walks to zoo visits, Golden Sands is a great holiday choice indeed!

You can also message us through our facebook page or email the bookings team, though it may take longer for a response and we wouldn’t want you to lose out on your chosen dates!

To secure the dates and accommodation you want we ask for a £40 deposit.

A minimum of 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival, though you can pay in instalments by calling through to the reception team on 01745 343606 option 2 detailing your booking reference.

Yes. We have 24-hr security, 12 months of the year, and take the safety of our guests and Owners as paramount.

In general we open 9am – 5pm. During August this is extended to 6pm. We close the office Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We will place your welcome pack and keys in the Sandpiper Bar where a member of the team will check you in.

It depends on the grade you have booked. They are:

  • 13.00 – Lodges
  • 13.30 – Platinum
  • 14.00 – Gold
  • 14.30 – Chalet
  • 15.00 – Silver
  • 16.00 – Bronze

If you need to cancel your booking for one reason or another we can only offer refunds dependent on the length of time prior to arrival. We advise taking out a cancellation insurance at the time of booking to cover any costs. We can advise you of further details.

No we do not permit pets to the park if you are a holidaymaker. You may see dogs around the park though as we allow Owners as part of their licence to have dogs registered. Any holidaymaker bringing pets onto the park will be asked to leave (even if you have booked through a private Owner).

No sorry, currently we do not have this facility available. All outstanding balances can be paid for over the phone calling 01745 343606 option 2 or by post with a cheque payable to Golden Sands Holiday Camp.

Yes we do, as well as a Park shop which sells the essentials, though there is another shop at the entrance of the Park and an Asda within a 15 min walk.

Only within our platinum and lodge accommodation – included in the price. You can hire towels though, please contact reception on 01745 343606 option 2.

Yes we do, subject to availability.

No, although you can hire these from reception. Check availability upon check in.

Yes. We recommend Horizon Taxis (01745 355202).

Yes there is a taxi rank at the train station as well as a bus station. You will need bus no. Sapphire12 operated by Arriva Wales. A taxi will cost approx. £6 from the train station to the Park (general rate – may differ dependent on bank holidays etc.).

Yes we have these available to hire and are subject to availability. Unfortunately the travel cots do not fit into the bedrooms of the units.
