February 2021 Holidays Cancelled at Golden Sands Holiday Park

As you will be aware, the whole of the UK is in a National Lockdown that is expected to last until at least early March 2021.
 
What does this mean for Holidays at Golden Sands Holiday Park?

Golden Sands Holiday Park will remain closed until further notice and we are deeply saddened to confirm that we are cancelling all holidays up to the 28th February 2021.
 
 We are offering our holidaymakers who are due to come the following options: 

  • Change the date of their holiday to an alternative date in 2021
  • Request a full refund of their booking 

(T & C’S do apply regarding date changes).

We are in the process of contacting everyone who has made a booking, so please bear with us if you have not already heard from us.

When contacting us, you will need to provide us with your booking reference number and your full personal details. If you are requesting a refund, we require the same information. Once we are in contact with you, we will make every effort to accommodate you going forward.

Please note, all refunds apply for direct bookings and bookings made through third parties such as The Sun and Hoseasons. We can assist to a certain point with holidays booked via third parties but may need to refer certain matters (such as issuing refunds) to that third party.
 
IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH A PRIVATE OWNER
 
If you have booked your holiday through a private Owner, then we urge you to get in contact with them to discuss your best option. We will be advising all Owners of our procedures and think that many will follow our lead, however, please know that your contract is with the Owner you have booked through and not directly with Golden Sands so you will be required to speak with them for direct clarification. ** Note: If privately booked holidaymakers turn up at the Park during the lockdown period, they will be refused entry as this is against the guidelines.

Holidays booked after this date still remain in place and we will make further announcements according to Government guidance on the situation as and when we can.
 
We will continue to offer our Booking Guarantee for any holidays booked for 2021.
